JAT Holdings PLC, a wood coating company operating in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and the Maldives, has officially expanded to Kenya as of July. By signing a joint venture agreement with Mayleen Corp., a Kenya-based diversified business house, JAT Holdings was able to incorporate “JAT Paints Africa Ltd.”
Through JAT Paints Africa Ltd., JAT Holdings will now manufacture and distribute the brand of Sayerlack wood coatings and other JAT products in key markets across Kenya and East Africa.
