On June 24, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed significant new use rules (SNURs) (Batch “21-3.5e”) for chemical substances that were the subject of premanufacture notices (PMNs) and Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) Orders.
