Active Minerals International has announced a distribution partnership with Superior Materials, Inc., effective as of Aug. 1.
Through this collaboration, Superior Materials will represent Active Minerals’ quality Acti-Gel® and Min-U-Gel® attapulgite products for adhesives, coatings, construction, sealants and elastomers in a territory spanning the states that are east of the Mississippi River, excluding Florida. The distribution agreement comes as Active Minerals International is concurrently bringing online an additional attapulgite production line.
Active Minerals manufactures attapulgite and air-floated kaolin clay products in the southeastern United States. Superior Materials, a fourth-generation specialty chemical distributor, serves industries throughout the eastern half of the United States.
