Univar Solutions China Company Limited, distributor of specialty ingredients and chemicals, announced an exclusive agreement with Solvay for lubricant and metalworking fluid additives serving multiple markets in eastern China. Those markets include Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Hunan and Jiangxi.
The agreement is an expansion of an existing partnership between Univar Solutions, a subsidiary of Univar Solutions Inc., and Solvay. Univar Solutions will distribute Solvay’s specialty additives and components for metal surface cleaning, finishing and treatment, including surfactants, degreasers, emulsifiers, boosters and other additives.
