ACA Member Webinar: State Affairs Network Update for Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York

This free webinar will provide an update on legislative initiatives to establish Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programs for product packaging in Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York, as well as on PFAS measures and other ongoing issues in those states. The webinar will feature insight from ACA’s lobbyists in each of these states, where ACA has effective and longstanding PaintCare programs operating effectively. The webinar will also provide an update on U.S. EPA implementation efforts around the federal Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
