This free webinar will provide a legislative and regulatory update on the most pressing issues impacting industry in California as monitored by ACA’s California State Affairs Network. The webinar will address priority bills in the California legislature, including those related to packaging, PFAS, and the state’s Safer Consumer Products Program; as well as rulemaking developments at the California Air Resources Board; Department of Toxic Substances Control; Office of Environmental Health and Hazard Assessment; and Water Resources Control Board.
