Diamond Vogel, a manufacturer of paint and coatings, announced that it acquired N92 Menomonee Falls, LLC, a subsidiary of The Sherwin-Williams Company.
Based in Menomonee Falls, Wis., the business has approximately 100 employees and manufactures color-match touch-up paint, custom aerosol, and other specialty coatings. Its portfolio includes products under brands such as Precision Color, Quest, Raabe, Zolatone and Z-Line.
Diamond Vogel says that acquiring this manufacturing facility will enable it to accelerate its aerosol growth strategy due to the Menomonee Falls team’s expertise in aerosol manufacturing.
Diamond Vogel will integrate the Menomonee Falls business into its organization over the coming months, and all employees will be retained. The purchase price of the business is not being disclosed. Grace Matthews advised The Sherwin-Williams Company on this transaction.
