The following industry professionals have recently received appointments or promotions.

Mary Goggans

Sheboygan Paint Company has appointed Mary Goggans to its board of directors. Goggans will advise the company in the areas of innovation, growth, and investment.

Goggans is president of Encapsys, LLC, a division of Milliken & Company. She is an experienced board member and specialty chemical industry executive with a history of leading a culture that consistently achieves organic growth.

Prior to Encapsys, she held positions at Appvion and Kimberly-Clark. She holds a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Virginia.

 

Coval Technologies has hired Aaron Statser as general manager of the Flooring Division. Statser will be responsible for extending the reach of Coval coatings through distributors and direct users throughout the United States. In addition, he will oversee the U.S. sales, operations, and marketing departments of Coval.

Statser comes from a background of flooring and construction organizations. His most recent employment was with the Decorative Concrete division of Business Flooring Solutions (BFS). Prior to BFS, Statser was vice president at Arccon Access Flooring.

Johann Milchram

 

IMCD has appointed Johann Milchram as managing director of IMCD Canada, effective February 1. He will assume his new role upon the retirement of Michael Staley, the current managing director.

According to the company, Milchram is expected to drive the company’s organic growth, cultivate talent, and develop opportunities for mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he is expected to advance the digitalization of the business and expand positive and trust-based relations with business partners and customers.

Milchram has been the Managing Director of IMCD SEE since 2012. Prior to joining IMCD, he held leadership positions at LOBA Feinchemie, ISOVOLTA, and RHI Magnesita.

 

Allredi, a North American distributor of surface preparation, abrasives, and safety products to industrial contractors, announced that Ryan Hunter has been promoted to senior vice president, Sales and Marketing, for North America.

Hunter joined Allredi as general manager and vice president of the Canadian division in April 2021. In his new role, he will be responsible for all North American sales and marketing as well as revenue growth and executing the company’s go-to-market strategy.

 

Aaron du Pont

Linetec has added Aaron du Pont as a client development manager serving Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama. Du Pont will assist manufacturers of architectural aluminum components, products, and systems with their selection and specification of paint coatings, anodize, and specialty finishes.

Du Pont most recently worked as a territory sales manager for Wisconsin Lifting Specialists. He previously worked at Per Mar Security Services as a territory sales representative serving both commercial and residential markets.
