Beckers Group announced that it has completed the sale of the railway coatings business of Becker Industrie SAS, Montbrison (France) to the newly established KANSAI HELIOS France SAS. The deal was first announced in December 2022.
As well as transfer of technology and business assets, some Beckers employees in the railway coating business have joined KANSAI HELIOS France SAS as part of the deal.
