Graffiti Resource Council

The Graffiti Resource Council (GRC) provides information, education, and legislative assistance to help communities develop effective policies and programs that prevent vandalism. GRC supplies these public policy resources and advocacy at the state and local level to support comprehensive anti-graffiti programs that do not restrict the supply of aerosol coatings to legitimate consumers. Additionally, the GRC provides compliance assistance to aerosol coatings manufacturers and maintains a regulatory matrix of state and local ordinances related to the sale of those products.

State Affairs Network

Through its State Affairs Network, ACA engages directly with state lawmakers to advocate for the paint and coatings industry through its state lobbyists. ACA’s State Affairs Network operates where industry has a presence and interests, and where ACA has established or is seeking to establish a state PaintCare program. ACA works with state lobbyists to monitor and represent industry positions, where appropriate.

ACA invites industry to participate in the Regional Virtual Meetings of its State Affairs Network. These meetings, open to all ACA members, focus on priority issues in the states by region with updates from ACA’s lobbyists, as well as ACA Government Affairs staff.
