H.B. Fuller Company has acquired ND Industries Inc., a provider of specialty adhesives and fastener locking and sealing solutions for automotive, electronics, aerospace, and other industries. Headquartered outside Detroit, Mich., ND Industries serves a global market with facilities in the United States and Asia, and pre-applied coating partners around the world, and generated approximately $70 million in revenue in fiscal 2023, per H.B. WEG has partnered with Nexa, a producer of zinc, to develop anticorrosive paints with the addition of jarosite, a waste derived from zinc metallurgy.
