Arkema Invests in Singapore

Arkema announced the construction of a new Rilsan® Clear transparent polyamide unit on its Singapore platform. The $20 million investment is expected to be operational in the first quarter of 2026. According to the company, it will triple Arkema’s global production capacity of Rilsan® Clear transparent polyamides and support growing global demand for sustainable high-performance transparent materials. PHMSA Issues Notices of Proposed Rulemaking Aimed at Reducing Regulatory Burdens

On July 1, the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) issued several notices of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) in the Federal Register aimed at reducing existing regulatory burdens that impact our industry.
