Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act, incorporated into Title IX of the IIJA, establishes domestic sourcing requirements across all federal financial assistance programs for infrastructure. The U. S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) Office of Water is charged with implementation of these provisions for federally funded water infrastructure.

During this free webinar representatives from U.S. EPA will provide insights for self-certification strategies and other compliance issues under BABA.
