The Bodo Möller Chemie Group is expanding its presence in Mexico by acquiring the Bridge Chemical Company (BCC). The merger has created additional capacities for sales and technical support in Mexico’s core industrial regions.

After Bodo Möller Chemie’s acquisition of a majority stake, the Bridge Chemical Company will be officially integrated into the Group in mid-January 2026. A reliable specialty chemicals distributor for three decades, the Bridge Chemical Company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS 9120B to comply with the extremely strict requirements for quality management and sales in the aerospace sector.

The company supplies clients in different branches of industry, including the automotive, aerospace, commercial vehicle, electronics, and metalworking industries. With seven sales offices, six warehouse locations, 55 employees, and its own laboratory, the BCC is present in Mexico’s key industrial centers and guarantees nationwide support. The Mexican trader’s portfolio includes Henkel products, which fit seamlessly into the Bodo Möller Chemie Group’s solution range, alongside products from CPG, Dow, DuPont, KVS, and Medmix.
