WEG has signed a contract to acquire the assets of Heresite Protective Coatings, a Wisconsin-based industrial coatings company, for $9.5 million, subject to typical closing adjustments. The acquisition will be reflected in WEG’s financials beginning May 2025.
Heresite specializes in protective coatings for HVAC systems operating in harsh environments, particularly in the oil and gas and water treatment sectors. With 70% of its sales outside the United States, Heresite maintains a strong international presence through certified global partners.
