Sheboygan Paint Company announced the acquisition of Bradley Coatings Group from United Paint & Chemical Corporation. The companies will partner to ensure a successful transition for customers with production being absorbed into Sheboygan Paint Company’s facilities in Wisconsin and Georgia. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Sheboygan Paint Company, a Wisconsin-based family-owned manufacturer, formulates and supplies custom industrial finishing solutions, producing water- and solvent-based coatings.
Bradley Coatings Group, founded in 1946 and acquired by United Paint & Chemical Corporation in 2017, supplies customers with coatings for end-use applications in the transportation and general industrial metal segments.
