ECKART, a manufacturer in the effect pigment market, has entered into a joint venture agreement with Runaya, a manufacturer focusing on sustainability, to establish a facility in Orissa, India for production of spherical atomized aluminum granules. Minneapolis-based Graco Inc. announced a definitive agreement to acquire Corob S.p.A. (“Corob”) for €230 million, subject to customary adjustments, with up to €30 million in additional contingent consideration.
