Brenntag Acquires Quimica Delta

Brenntag has acquired the Mexican chemical distributor Quimica Delta. According to Brenntag, Quimica Delta operates several rail terminals and has access to maritime port infrastructure at Altamira – strategically located as a tollgate for chemicals mainly imported from the United States. The company’s access to tollgates through marine terminals and last mile infrastructure complements and expands the Brenntag Essentials’ “triple” strategy and positioning in the chemicals market in Mexico, per Brentagg. BASF Expands in China

BASF announced its investment in the expansion of its advanced additives plant at its Nanjing site, driven by the rapidly growing market demand in Asia and beyond. The expansion includes a production line for BASF’s high-performance Controlled Free Radical Polymerization (CFRP) dispersants. DKSH Extends Distribution Agreement with KRONOS

DKSH’s Business Unit Performance Materials has extended its distribution agreement with KRONOS. DKSH will provide business development, marketing, sales, logistics, and distribution services for KRONOS’ range of titanium dioxide (TiO2) pigments for coatings and plastics applications in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the Philippines. H.B. Fuller Acquires ND Industries Inc.

H.B. Fuller Company has acquired ND Industries Inc., a provider of specialty adhesives and fastener locking and sealing solutions for automotive, electronics, aerospace, and other industries. Headquartered outside Detroit, Mich., ND Industries serves a global market with facilities in the United States and Asia, and pre-applied coating partners around the world, and generated approximately $70 million in revenue in fiscal 2023, per H.B. Fuller’s announcement.  H.B Fuller says the new business, which includes five U.S. locations and 300 employees, will operate within H.B. Fuller's existing Engineering Adhesives global business unit.
