2025 Webinar Schedule

July 17 | ACA Member Webinar: The Status of TSCA Reform

The 2016 Lautenberg Amendments to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) established EPA procedures for new chemical review and evaluation of chemicals already on the market, impacting the paint and coatings industry by causing severe delays in bringing new products to market, and requiring excessive workplace safety measures and overly restricting chemical use. Industry has called into question EPA’s chemical review process, quality of data and its level of expertise and interpretation of data, particularly related to workplace safety. This free webinar will consider ongoing work toward TSCA statutory reform to address delays in new chemical review and overall quality of risk evaluations, including EPA’s role in addressing workplace and consumer chemical exposure. The webinar will provide an overview of the TSCA provisions that are the focus of reform efforts by stakeholders, and particularly the work of the TSCA Reform Coalition.

The webinar will be led by David Fischer, MPH, JD, counsel at Keller and Heckman, who also leads the TSCA Reform Coalition.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for joining the webinar.

This is event is restricted to ACA Corporate members.
