The Protech Group, developer and manufacturer of coatings, paints and specialty materials, has announced its acquisition of MF Paints Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of architectural paints and stains based in Laval, Quebec.
The acquisition expands Protech Group into the retail and commercial building paints market. The company says the acquisition aligns with its strategic vision to diversify and strengthen its presence in the Canadian market.
