The Protech Group, a global manufacturer of industrial coatings, has completed its acquisition of Ripol S.r.l, an Italian powder coatings manufacturer headquartered near Milan, Italy.
This acquisition includes Ripol’s affiliated operations in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, and Switzerland, and expands Protech’s existing European manufacturing and distribution network in Belgium, the Czech Republic, and Poland.
