Briolf, an industrial group specializing in the manufacture of coatings, adhesives, and other chemical solutions for a range of industrial sectors, announced that its subsidiary, Roberlo S.A.U. has been renamed Briolf Coatings S.A.U.
This change aligns the legal entity with Briolf’s global structure while keeping the Roberlo commercial brand unchanged.
The organization said the renaming is part of a larger effort to strengthen Briolf’s identity and increase its international visibility, and that the legal name change will not change the organization’s activities, ownership, or commercial relationships.
“The company’s name is changing, but our essence and values remain the same. Roberlo will continue to be the brand through which our customers and the market recognise us, and it will continue to operate with the same value proposition,” said Briolf’s management team.
