COIM S.p.A. (COIM), a manufacturer of specialty chemicals, announced the completion of its acquisition of Notedome Limited (Notedome), a company specializing in the elastomer sector. The total value of the acquisition is £21.17 million. According to COIM, this acquisition consolidates its international presence in the polyurethane systems sector and further expands its production capacity and technological expertise in key European markets.
