The “world’s largest corrosion and coatings conference and exposition,” the AMPP Annual Conference + Expo, will convene from March 19–23 in Denver, CO. Conference organizers expect more than 6,000 people from 60 countries to attend.
Symposia, committee meetings, forums, workshops, and presentations concerning the coatings industry fill the conference agenda. NFL veteran Terry Bradshaw has been selected as the keynote speaker, and his presentation “Why Not Your Best?” will center on self-improvement and leadership.
The AMPP Annual Conference will have ample opportunities to network at social events such as the Darrel D. Byerley & Phil Calvo Memorial Golf Tournament, the Fellows Meeting Breakfast, and the Crew Brew.
For industry-related networking, attendees will find the exhibit hall, Professional Development Hours (PDHs) stations; lounges: one for the AMPP certified community, one for corporate member representatives, and one for students/young professionals; and a product showcase. Those who register for the full conference are also invited to attend the informational AMPP Standards Committee meeting on March 19.
