RPM International Inc. has acquired Volteco S.p.A, an Italy-based supplier of waterproofing solutions, for its Tremco Construction Products Group (Tremco CPG). The acquisition will help diversify and update Tremco CPG’s technology platform, according RPM.
The acquisition transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of fiscal 2027, subject to customary closing conditions.
