Biesterfeld, an international distribution and service company in the field of polymers, rubber, specialty chemicals and ingredients, has acquired a majority stake in South Korean company OSP, a distributor of specialty chemicals and polymers for industrial applications.
The joint venture focuses on supporting the consulting, selection, testing, qualification and implementation of tailored material solutions that meet specific technical requirements.
