ACA Webinar: An Update on Prop 65 Implementation

This webinar will provide an update on the implementation of the revised Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment’s (OEHHA) amendments to Article 6, Clear and Reasonable Warnings, of the California Code of Regulations under Proposition 65 (Prop 65), which are effective Aug.30, 2018. Prop 65 requires anyone doing business in the state of California to provide a warning prior to exposure to a listed chemical(s). ACA Webinar: CARB’s Suggested Control Measure for AIM Coatings

This webinar will provide an overview of the California Air Resources Board’s (CARB) development of a new Suggested Control Measure (SCM) for Architectural and Industrial Maintenance (AIM) coatings. Once complete, the California Air Districts and the Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) states will utilize the SCM to implement lower volatile organic compound (VOC) regulations for AIM coatings in California and the Northeast.

ACA Webinar: Sustainability Overview

This webinar will provide an overview of ongoing Sustainability initiatives under the leadership of ACA’s Sustainability Committee. These initiatives address emerging issues in the area of sustainability and the development of various green building standards and codes that contain environmental, health, indoor air quality, and chemical requirements for building materials that affect the architectural coatings, adhesives, and sealants market. The webinar will focus on a new industry Sustainability Report, and development of a Resinous Floor Product Category Rule.
