Heritage Color, a subsidiary of Vivify Specialty Ingredients, acquired Reitech Corporation, effective as of Feb. 8. Reitech, based in Reading, Penn., manufactures and supplies water-based pigment dispersions and preparations to the coatings and graphic arts markets.
