Texas Paint Council

The Texas Paint Council is managed by Phil Cates, of Texas Stakeholders, who serves as executive director and represents the council before the state legislature and regulatory agencies.

Policy is made by the general membership, which is invited to attend four regularly scheduled meetings each year. Members of NPCA with facilities in Texas make up the membership of the council. The council held its first meeting in June 1992.
