New York Paint Council

The New York Paint Council is managed by Tom McDonald, who also serves as the council's lobbyist in Albany, the state capital.

Policy is made by the general membership, which is invited to attend two meetings each year. Members of NPCA with facilities in New York State make up the council's membership.

The New York facility held it's first meeting in March 1998.
