Florida Paint Council

The Florida paint council is represented at the state legislature and before regulatory agencies by H. Lee Moffitt, Esq., former speaker of the Florida House of Representatives. The council is managed by Larry Bodkin, BMC in Tallahassee. 

Policy is determined by the general membership, which is invited to attend the three regularly scheduled meetings each year.

Members of NPCA make up the membership of the council.  The council held its first meeting in late January 1996.
