PaintCare Bill Passes Illinois Legislature
Legislation to bring the PaintCare program to Illinois, was adopted by the Illinois General Assembly on May 19. At press time, the legislation was to be sent to Gov. J. B. Pritzker.

Legislation to bring the PaintCare program to Illinois, SB 836, passed the state Senate by unanimous vote on March 30. The Illinois House of Representatives will take up the bill next.
The New York PaintCare program is expected to manage more than 1.1 million gallons of post-consumer paint in its first year.
