Target Audience Representatives from architectural paint and coatings manufacturers that need to comply with green building codes or that may wish to specify products for green building construction projects. Course Instructor As Counsel in the Government Affairs Division at the American Coatings Association, Tim Serie works on coatings manufacturing environmental compliance, architectural coatings regulations, and green building issues. Tim received his Juris Doctor from the Washington College of Law at American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Saint John’s University. |
