Membership
The following classes of membership fall within different dues structures and include different
services, depending upon the classification.
Corporate:
Manufacturer: companies that manufacture paints, coatings and related products including adhesives, caulks, sealants and printing inks.
Supplier: companies that manufacture, broker, or import raw materials used to manufacture and merchandise coatings.
Distributor: businesses that resell materials and equipment used in the manufacture of coatings.
International: manufacturers or suppliers in countries other than the U nited States without affiliated U .S. operations eligible for membership.
Equipment and Sundries: companies that manufacture equipment used in the manufacture or application of paints and coatings.
Subscriber: a limited membership for manufacturers, suppliers or distributors with sales below $2.5 million annually.
Associate: an individual or firm that has an economic interest in the welfare of the coatings
industry or the people working in it, but is not eligible for any of the other classes of membership.
Individual:
Coatings Science and Technology Profesionals: For those companies that choose not to join as a corporate member, this category provides an opportunity for employees to receive access to science and technology goods and services at member pricing for educational and training programs.
