Through the association’s committee structure, members have the opportunity to provide input on the development of association projects and programs; prepare comments for submission to government agencies; create publications, manuals, and online resources; and host conferences. There are many opportunities for ACA members to participate on the committee level, which is an invaluable opportunity to help shape the efforts of the association and also provides an opportunity to network and develop relationships with industry peers. Our committees address a vast array of issues affecting the industry and are classified by sectors of the industry or by issues and project management.
Committees are led by a chairperson from the membership and ACA staff members who act as a liaison, ensuring that the work of the committee is communicated appropriately and implemented.
